The Mechanicsburg location features an on-site 15-barrel brewing system, second in size only to Appalachian Brewing Company's flagship Harrisburg brewery. In addition to its craft beers, visitors can sample and purchase premium Appalachian spirits. Inspired by recipes passed down from Appalachian moonshiners and refined through years of craftsmanship, these spirits deliver a uniquely smooth and approachable drinking experience. Selections include Trinity Flavors ready-to-ready-drink cocktails, Rum, Gin, Bourbon, Vodka, and Agave spirits.

Throughout the year, Appalachian Brewing Company hosts a variety of events that bring the community together. Guests can enjoy seasonal markets, specialty brunches, live music performances, and other unique gatherings. These events provide even more opportunities to experience the brewery's welcoming atmosphere while supporting local artists, musicians, and small businesses.
